Description: A volcano picnic hike is a great outdoor activity involving enjoying a meal in a scenic volcanic area. This early afternoon tour is a chance to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the La Fortuna area. This 3 kilometer hike will be educational and fun while enjoying the breathtaking views from high above the city! Maybe even spot sloths, toucans, monkeys, frogs and more. Embark on a peaceful and immersive nature hike that will introduce you to the unique flora and fauna that make this area so special. The guide will point out various plants and animal species. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the top of the hill overlooking the volcano or in our covered Rancho overlooking our duck pond.
